The Barossa Chapters tell the story of Barossa. They are presented as nine individual sections (chapters), each highlighting different elements of the Barossa story. The Rare & Distinguished and Shiraz Chapters highlight the fine wines of Barossa. The Generations, Old Vines, Varieties and Flavours Chapters give glimpses into how the past has created Barossa as we know it today.
“Barossa Grounds is all about a deeper exploration of Barossa Shiraz – it’s a journey to find what those very tiny influences are on flavour and style. Part of the enjoyment of winemaking is working with different vintage conditions every year… but having a deeper knowledge of and connection with each vineyard makes you more of a custodian of that fruit and able to showcase it in the best way we can. “
