Angaston, arguably the prettiest historical town in the Barossa, has quietly become a mecca for both cultural and culinary excellence.

Within the dining room of the ever-surprising Otherness – wine bar, restaurant, cellar door, delicatessen and bottle shop, Sam Smith and Emily Thomas present a constantly changing menu of informal, produce-driven dishes which generously celebrate the Barossa’s freshest community-focused seasonal abundance.

Wines wearing the Otherness label are all ‘passion projects’ crafted by seven of our most renowned local winemakers, working in collaboration with Grant Dickson.
