Michael Hall Wines and chef Ryan Edwards will host an exquisite five course dinner at our heritage listed stone barn in the heart of the Barossa.

Former executive chef at Appellation and now at Le Mas, Ryan has ensured the Barossa’s culinary reputation sets the gold standard for rural Australia.

The dinner takes place during the penultimate stage of the Tour de France and will follow the 2024 route of the world’s greatest cycle race, showcasing the tastes of regional France, stage by stage. Beginning with Champagne on arrival, we will follow the peloton from Champagne to Nice, matching Ryan’s inspired menu to our latest delicious releases.
