Jacob’s Creek is located in the heart of the Barossa Valley in South Australia. We’re open to the public, and our award-winning facilities include a cellar door, restaurant, functions space and a walking trail along the banks of our namesake creek.

Visit us and explore our range of great wines, enjoy a tasty platter or a barista coffee accompanied by a sweet treat in our Cafe. Or indulge in a delicious ‘Feed Me like a Barossan’ lunch at our restaurant partner, Harvest Kitchen. Or just sit back & relax on our expansive lawns taking in the breath-taking views over our vineyards & surrounding Barossa ranges, while enjoying a glass of your favourite Jacob’s Creek wine.

Our vast range of wines capture our passion for creating great tasting wines that’s defined by our region and crafted by our winemakers.

Outside, visitors can tour the demonstration vineyard of 14 different grapes varieties to learn more about how wine is made, take a walk or cycle through the picturesque grounds which are home to a wealth of native flora and fauna along the banks of Jacob’s Creek or simply enjoy the views from the deck surrounded by the native Australian plant garden.

Cancellation Policy

Catering for Dietary Requirements: Dietary requirements can be catered for with prior notice. Please let us know of any dietary requirements at the time of your booking. Please note: Strictly no BYO alcohol or food permitted is permitted. Cancellation & Late Arrival Policy: Refunds are not available unless you provide at least 24 hours’ notice of cancellation. In the event of a no show no refund will be provided. Late arrivals may forfeit the full cost of the booking and the right to participate. If you arrive 15 minutes late of the scheduled time of your booking we reserve the right to cancel your booking. Responsible Service of Alcohol: 1. It is an offence to sell or supply liquor on licensed premises to a person who is intoxicated or in circumstances in which the person’s speech balance coordination or behaviour is noticeably impaired and it is reasonable to believe that the impairment is the result of the consumption of liquor. Management reserves the right to refuse service to any such person/s. 2. Guests must be 18 years or over to participate. It is illegal to serve alcohol to any person/s under the age of eighteen years and we reserve the right to request suitable identification to prove this such as a current photographic driver's licence a current photographic Proof of Age card a current passport or a Keypass identity document. 3. Management reserves the right to remove from the licensed premises any person who is intoxicated or behaving in an offensive or disorderly manner or whose speech balance coordination or behaviour is noticeably impaired and it is reasonable to believe that the impairment is the result of the consumption of liquor without liability. 4. During the booking and while you remain at Jacob’s Creek Visitors Centre you must adhere to our reasonable instructions. Failure to do so may entitle us to ask you to leave. Jacob's Creek Cooking Class Terms As this experience occurs outdoors it may be cancelled or relocated in the event of inclement weather. If the experience is cancelled one of our team will be in contact to make another time with you directly. 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellation to receive a 100% refund anything less no refund will be issued. Please advise the experience provider of any food allergies well in advance.
