​ Each Pavilion accommodates two guests (adults only), while the Glasshouse can accommodate up to six guests. ​Bathed with natural light, the spacious contemporary interiors of this boutique accommodation is designed with comfort, relaxation and intimacy in mind. Although seclusion is gauranteed within a private gated 75 acre hillside farm retreat, we are only ten minutes from the town of Tanunda, and the location is convenient to many of the Barossa Valley and Adelaide Hills food, wine and nature attractions.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation more than 14 days before arrival: Full refund less $80 cancellation administration fee. Cancellations less than 14 days before arrival: Forfeit all nights booked and paid. Re-sell Policy: Part refund may be available if a pavilion is re-sold for any nights cancelled. Date Change Policy: Dates may be changed once up until 30 days prior to arrival rate changes may be applicable. IMPORTANT: Please Note Our Terms of Conditions below... CHECK-IN PROCEDURE: Barossa Pavilions provides private keyless access and does not have a reception. Guests are sent a text message to their mobile phone the night before arrival with unique access pin codes allowing entry to the property and allocated pavilion. Guests who did not provide a mobile phone or do not receive a text message should contact us via email or phone before midday on day of arrival. CHECK-IN TIME is from 3:00pm (1500 hours) CHECK-OUT TIME is before 11:00am (1100 hours) Barossa Pavilions is a small high occupancy property therefore we are not able to gaurantee requests for particular pavilions or early arrival / late check-out any more than 24 hours in advance. MAXIMUM 2 ADULTS: Each pavilion is designed to accommodate a maximum of 2 adults. Guests attempting to accommodate more than 2 persons in their pavilion are forewarned they will turned away forfeiting the full value of the booking. For the privacy & security of all guests visitors are NOT allowed without the prior approval of management. NO CHILDREN : Barossa Pavilions is designed to be a couples retreat and therefore is not suitable for children or toddlers. Babes in arms (ie. Infants less than 12 months old) are welcome however we are unable to provide any cots or high chairs. NO PETS: Due to the presence of stock and wildlife on the property pets are not allowed.
