1.   Purchase and Expiry:

1.1    Gift vouchers can be purchased through Barossa.com website and the Barossa Visitor Centre.

1.2    Each Gift Voucher has a validity period of three (3) years from the date of purchase.
After this period, the Gift Voucher will expire and become invalid. Your booking and experience needs to be completed within this timeframe.

2.     Redemption

2.1 Gift Vouchers can only be redeemed for the ‘Book Now’ options on the Barossa.com website.

2.2 To redeem a Gift Voucher, the recipient must enter the unique voucher code during the booking process on the Barossa.com website or you can phone the Barossa Visitor Centre for assistance.

2.3 The value of the Gift Voucher will be deducted from the total booking amount.

2.4 If the booking amount exceeds the value of the Gift Voucher, the remaining balance must be paid using other acceptable payment methods.

2.5 Once the Gift Voucher has been redeemed (part or in full) the cancellation policy will revert to that of the operator (tour, accommodation, experience, and event) Please carefully read their Terms and Conditions before committing to the purchase.

3. Non-Transferable

3.1 Gift Vouchers are non-transferable and cannot be sold or exchanged for cash, credit, or any other form of payment.

3.2 Gift Vouchers can only be redeemed by the recipient named during the purchase.

4. No Refunds

4.1 Gift Vouchers are non-refundable, even if they expire or go unused.

5. Lost or Stolen Vouchers

5.1 The Barossa Visitor Centre is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged Gift Vouchers.

5.2 Treat your Gift Voucher as you would cash. Lost or stolen vouchers will not be replaced or refunded.

6. Use of Gift Vouchers

6.1 Gift Vouchers cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts or offers.

6.2 The use of Gift Vouchers is subject to availability of the product and or experience.

6.3 The Barossa Visitor Centre reserves the right to change or modify the Gift Voucher Terms at any time without notice.

By purchasing, redeeming or using a Gift Voucher, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms and Conditions.

These Terms and Conditions may be updated and revised from time to time, and the version published on the Barossa.com website at the time of purchase or redemption shall apply..
