You are invited to join Kalleske Wines for an interactive exploration of a variety of wines at their Greenock Cellar Door. The Matinée Cellar Series is a themed, casual yet informative deep dive into some of the aspects and curiosities of wine.
Shiraz in the Barossa is not just a grape variety or a wine. It’s a way of life! It seems it’s not just a Barossa favourite either, with nearly 50% of all red wine consumed in Australia being Shiraz, it’s worth taking a plunge into the crimson to discover the past present and future of Kalleske Shiraz, Barossa Shiraz and Shiraz around the world. Paired with a sumptuous four-course lunch, this tasting is sure to live up to the Barossa’s legendary generosity.
Hosted in our underground cellar at Kalleske Cellar Door, we serve wines and lunch as we explore a themed tasting and guided examination of everything Kalleske. Some of the varieties and styles we will explore will of course be Shiraz Shiraz and more Shiraz.
