This special event will unite two esteemed winemakers representing three exceptional regions of the Barossa, Coonawarra & Tasmania for an unforgettable Ultimate Wineries of Australia dinner.
Join Chief Winemakers Peter Munro of St Hugo and Yael Sandler of Josef Chromy for an evening celebrating the finest in Australian winemaking, with St Hugo Executive Chef, Simon Hicks creating an ultimate dining experience to compliment our premium wine portfolios.
The evening will begin with canapés and sparkling, followed by a four-course meal. Each dish paired with wines from St Hugo and Josef Chromy.
